Rooms & facilities
Spaces to settle into.
Allendale House is designed at domestic scale — every space is there for residents to live in rather than pass through.

What's on-site
Single bedrooms
Comfortable, personal rooms that residents make their own from the first day. Bring favourite chairs, photographs, and the bits of furniture that say home.
En-suite options
A number of our bedrooms include en-suite wet rooms, fitted with mobility-friendly fixtures and non-slip flooring.
Shared lounges
Two sitting rooms provide quiet corners for reading, television, or visits — with the option of a busier social lounge for the times you want company.
Dining room
Home-cooked meals served at tables that seat small, sociable groups. Menus flex around residents' preferences — including cultural and dietary needs.
Garden & conservatory
A settled conservatory opens onto a tended garden — planted for year-round interest and easy to navigate with walking aids.
Assisted bathing
Adapted bathing facilities with specialist equipment, so personal care is always comfortable and dignified.
The best way to understand the home is to visit.
Photographs only tell you so much. We'd much rather walk you through — so you can see the rooms, meet the staff on shift, and get the feel of the place in your own time.
